Okay I appreciate the detailed reply, I’m holding off downvoting your comment, disagreement of opinion is valid. Like I said I couldn’t get past the first half, but that we being generous. I couldn’t past the first 20 mins before I noped outta there. It felt lazy, unoriginal and predictable. You’re talking to someone who saw the original two at theaters when they came out, old school. That’s based on love of quality sci-fi and lifetime seeking and enjoying many many great stories, usually novels not as much movies. Series I like quite a lot. Anyway Romulus didn’t strike any chords that made me intrigued, not one. Maybe I’ll push past the beginning one day but again after a lifetime of knowing what I like and feel is good, if they can’t compel me in the first 20 minutes they don’t deserve my attention.
