If you’re desperate for something entertaining and familiar, sure go ahead. Keep in mind the show’s plot SUCKS, it’s just stupid and impossible to suspend belief. It’s always been this way and it still is. It’s awful.

Dexter’s new season is 10/10 so far. Why bring this dumbfuck show up in the same post? I mean you made pic and post about something quality then make an abhorrent statement about a basic af, overdone, impossible to suspend belief pile of cat shit.
I agree on all of that, Banks has better prose and Reynolds world-building is top shelf. I honestly couldn’t push through Pushing Ice, lol. I’ll have to give a go another time, I kept yawning and putting it down and eventually dnf’d with my tbr pile literally figuratively taunting / tempting me.
