I keep twine and paracord in my kit. I have winch on my truck and have separate bag of towing gear; ropes, snatch block, etc. My kit has a tarp among other items which can be used with rope sun shade or tenting. The strategy of my kit is giving me options to either stay in place or pack some of it in a backpack and hike away from the vehicle.
