Nailed it OP. So far nothing redeemable and hardly entertaining tbh. The fan service most of sub is riding high on is nice but underserved. Im glad yall are enjoying it and entertained but its nowhere close to compelling and IMO very poorly executed. Ill continue watching hopefully but without further expectations as theyve already made it what it is. Meh.
These are great suggestions. Rudy Rucker knows his shit. Ill add that Flatland is well worth the read. And of course theres some dimensional play in 3BP, I forget which of the books, maybe the Dark Forest.
