It is gross. It’s the “Private Equity” market. It’s one of the things Governor Hochul is trying to stop. This is happening all around us. Whole sections of the city are owned by out-of-town corporations, nameless and faceless. Just like big apartment complexes, you drive by a city neighborhood not knowing that all the houses are owned by a greedy corporation.
