In my experience, a relationship is the only way to get regular sex. If I find somebody I want to have sex with, I try to start a relationship.

There are two kinds of things that affect attractiveness: (1) how we look to each woman, and (2) how a woman can show us off to her girlfriends. The latter is a much more powerful factor. Women have been taught since childhood to find a partner that impresses their girlfriends.
In my experience, women don’t talk very much on a first date. They want to learn about the man. So, we talk to describe ourselves to them, hoping that they will respond. But they usually don’t.
