I used to work there many years ago. Spiros the owner, who passed away a few years ago, was an amazing chef, full of energy and knowledge, and a fiery attitude for perfect food. He had a way with food. PJ, his widowed wife, still keeps his dream alive. Plus, if youre there late enough, you get to sometimes be entertained by the ghost they call Philipé.
