Daily smoker and only got it once that I know of and I only know because my sense of taste and smell were absolutely nonexistent for a solid 3 days. That was it. Did worry on the 3rd day my smell wouldn’t come back, but ironically when it did come back, my sense of smell and taste were improved vs before covid.
