It wasn’t made illegal here in Alaska until 1977. We were the last state to criminalize it.

In a post titled:

Marijuana, "the most widely used illicit substance in the world," was not illegal in the US until 1937, the law was debated only 90 seconds, the American Medical Association was the only one who defended the idea that marijuana was not dangerous, and the government lied about the AMA.

This is the prime example of pareidolia. The brain can recognize faces out of anything.
I have seen this many many times here in Alaska. And because we are a northern lights(Aurora Borealis) hotspot, we are always looking up at night. My two cousins finally witnessed two of these “stars” moving when I was visiting them and they finally believed me. There’s a great great video on YouTube called “Telescope UFOS” and it’s a supposedly video of telescope sightings of these “stars”. In the video, there is earth rotation and very good close ups. I would be amazed to think a human thought these craft up for a hoax video, but it sure as shit explains what we see moving around up there if it is a legitimate video.
