I dont see the problem. All he did was point out that nearly everything Trump has done is within the presidents constitutional powers, and when he did do something that wasnt the courts stopped him. He also pointed out that Democrats arent giving people any reason to vote them in next time around. Not Trump may not be good enough. He also admitted that it will probably get worse but calling everything fascist is like the boy who cried wolf.
