I never checked into herbal oral health. When I have seen threads like this in the past I have asked dentists about it and learned some fascinating things some countries did for oral health in the distant past and that those things worked. I never did a deeper dive, because brushing with fluoride containing toothpaste, flossing, mouth wash, and a lower sugar diet have worked for me.
