I have not met any of his family members in person Funerals are for the living. You go either to get closure or to honor the feelings of the survivors. You don’t know his people. He ( I assume physically ) abused you, then showed up at your job to harass you. If you go, do it for yourself if you think you will get closure. If you don’t think that would be the case don’t go if you don’t want to. You can always go and leave the moment you don’t want to be there anymore.
