Fat distribution is genetic. It is in your genes and in most men’s genes to store extra energy ( calories ) in the abdomen first and to utilize extra energy stored in the abdomen last. No matter the diet or the regime, excess weight is lost the same way: by expending more energy than is take in. Only the dietary schemes, healthfulness, and sustainability vary. You don’t need to go to a gym to exercise, but you will thank yourself in the future if you do it and do enough.
