Theyre going faster because theyve been running for longer. You will improve over time. Im currently 30 and by now Ive got about 14-16 years of consistent running under my belt. You will get there if you keep it up.

Bro, thats literally the definition of a hiccup
Ive found two miles to be the sweet spot while Im hitting the weights more. Any more than that and I start to feel like Im not recovering as well.
