It starts to feel normal. The first week or so felt like I was on leave, over the next few months I slowly started to feel less and less anxious about not being in the shop at my old start time.

Ive found two miles to be the sweet spot while Im hitting the weights more. Any more than that and I start to feel like Im not recovering as well.
