I actually don’t think Blackstone, Blackrock, and some of the others own that much within Ft. Worth. There is a company whose name I forget, long-time Goldman Sachs guy, who I believe bought up a decent chunk of Overton Park under the idea of “rent so you can go to a better school.” He’s been on CNBC about five dozen times. He mentioned Ft. Worth market explicitly in one hit.
