Where does one have the right to exercise thier right to protess? Say it with me; Traditional Public Forum, i.e. Public parks, in front of court houses, and on sidewalks. What law trumps local laws? The Constitution. Ironically, this wouldn’t extend to your own private property. I could see a very big stretch of this being something you could be arrested for on your own property, but doing a constitutionally protected activy, in the places that that protected activities are allowed to take place? Not so much. This is depravation of rights under color of law, plain and simple.
