Agreed on all points. That’s the big problem with the “lawful order” stuff. No one, including the cops, even know if it is a lawful order. You have to follow lawful orders. You don’t have to follow unlawful ones. I would highly have suggested that lady play the game by thier rules. But I also understand, that were I in her position, and knew the law better than the cops, I might take one for the movement as well, knowing it wouldn’t even have to make it to the courts for it to be decided.
