Again though, (this isn’t an extremists veiw, it’s quite literally the law) police get to violate the law and claim ignorance as an excuse. That wasn’t a felony, even if it was a law that could be an arrest able offense, so the cop CHOSE to arrest her. And the other cop chose to assist in that. Both of these thing would be illegal for you or me. We would go to prison for a very long time. This dude was being a tyrant. Tyrants have no place with guns and laws that excuse lawlessness.
