True. But this is what I mean; I tend to pay my help VERY well, becuase I know how much they are saving for me inherently just by helping. I didn’t have to hire a company or temporary workers. I’m still taking advantage of them, because even though I’m paying them more than they make at thier day job (gotta make it worth it for them to sacrifice thier only days off) I’m still saving money. Edit: I’m not saying I’m better than you, I’m just saying I’m aware that I’m taking advantage of them, but I try to mitigate that. Because I would hope they would do the same for me. They (your friend) probably make more than $200 a day at work, and for thier company to pay them $200 it will cost the employer closer to $300-350 a day.
