Technically Trump has been arrested and convicted of felony crimes, it didnt matter. However in this particular case Trump likely has immunity because of the Acosta sweetheart plea deal given to Epstein which gave all of his unnamed co-conspirators immunity. Acosta was later made secretary of labor by Trump. Your argument here doesnt work.
