I drove for rideshare last night and… Man, seemed like a LOT of people had a really rough day in StL yesterday. Made me feel fortunate. Lot of “Hey could we stop at that liquor store real quick..” One guy said one of his new, very young coworkers nearly severed his arm trying to break window (on purpose, they’re in construction, but didn’t know what he was doing and ignored them when they told him so). Dude has this stare like he just saw a ghost, “That kid’s arm will never be the same, and he’s gonna be out of work for a long time.” Jesus. Hang in there!
