That’s an arbitrary rule that should absolutely be ignored. ICE is waaaaaaay below Congressional members who are, unlike ICE, entitled to do pretty much whatever the fuck they want. Congresspeople are elected and command respect – ICE are a bunch of losers who failed the military entrance and police academy. We absolutely, positively, have no reason to respect them.
