The farthest I usually get is just realizing Im in a dream and observe whats going on. I dont have issues with excitement so idk what to say there but I also can induce dreams back. I posted on a thread not too long ago about nicotine inducing extremely vivid dreams so if youve got nothing against nicotine, Id suggest giving a 3mg tobacco free nicotine pouch a try before bed. Ive even taken naps with them in and always get insane results. Ill add though, I usually end up drunk/disoriented in the dream so be ready for that.
