I highly doubt it has anything to do with the manosphere and everything to do with the idiot hooking up with and getting into a relationship with a girl that was already in one. A body count of 5 is pretty low for a 21 y/o girl so hes really probably just now thinking about why the last relationship was open and concluded it was because her ex was not of size. Set up the elgato in obs as a capture card device and also set up a separate audio capture with it is well. As for it slowing down your computer, you either need to spend the time researching or get something more powerful if you have maxed it out. One hack for obs if you upload to YouTube, set up your base canvas with 4k res and stretch the elgato capture to fit it. It will look better on YouTube that way.
