Yea. The only time I feel zero pain is when I go out for a jog and for a few hours after that but the returning pain is worse. Im torn between constant suffering or getting to experience a bit of normalcy with the side effect of worse pain the day after.

Bro, drop that 12 min mile down to a 14 min mile and Ill bet you can already run two miles without stopping. Going fast for five minutes does you no good. Prioritize running for longer periods of time over distance or speed. The distance will come naturally and quick.

I hope you get this sorted out. I dont have much to offer as far as solutions but I just went through something similar during this past fall semester. Couldnt sit without being in unbearable pain and standing most of the time offered some relief but not much. Pushed through it though. Went from 2 years of straight As to a 2.2 for the semester.

Youre getting to a do or die age. You can apply to internships every summer while in school and that experience will get you hired. If you need money now, look into trades. Electrician or hvac are what Id do if I were in your shoes. Im at 29 and just finished college so hopefully that gives some resolve that Im not a zoomer talking big.
