You do realize that democrats voting power is concentrated within the cities, right? The way you get numbers like Illinois is by gerrymandering. Texas is actually one of the more fair maps, giving Hispanics fair representation. Dont believe me? Look at the new map and compare demographics. They also happen to be conservative voters. Side note, idk how accurate those numbers are given the fact that trump received the most votes in Texas history in the most recent election.
