Because republicans always throw some kind of initiative in there that would undermine what theyre trying to do, which is help people. People who dont read the whole bill, often ask the same question. If they knew, Id like to think theyd be smart enough to show up and vote those republicans out. Theyve shown they cant be bothered with that though.
