And since when did surgical strikes stave off extended conflict? Its amazing all the nice words we have to keep from saying war. Dropping bombs have never led to peace. See Afghanistan and well.pretty much the entire Middle East. It just leads to more conflict and violence and extremism. Violence begets violence as the saying goes.
