I read a comment on a different thread comparing the Atwell Ave Boys to the three Fates of Greek mythology. What are hitmen but the ultimate deciders of their targets’ fates? You got Other Chris and Rose as their otherworldly servants. Their house’s Catholic imagery and the priest at the end may be to juxtapose that these guys are literal Mob demons, withering away in darkness until their evil services are called upon again With all of that, I theorize that this scene is mostly about Christopher. Why else write in the crew’s biggest skagg-head for the scene besides the initial humorous irony? He comes face-to-face with old school killers, the kind that would have wacked Chrissy long ago. Lou sniffs out his addiction right away, Other Chris reflects his status as a murderous protege, and then Other Chris fingergun-shoots him as he walks away. To me, that scene represents that Christopher could never be a mobster of the past like how he and Tony worship, and he walks away from the interaction marked for death, his fate of being murdered for his addiction decided

One of them was Kirk, who also spread nazi conspiracy theories that have directly inspired mass murderers. “I don’t believe you deserve rights, and I will actively try to make that a reality” isn’t an opinion you get to have without expecting adverse reactions to it.

You’d write it all off as just “different opinions”. What evidence do you want for people being hunted like dogs? Clearly, you don’t live in any migrant community. I’ve seen hard-working people with families running for their fucking lives because the right wants mass deportations. Hiding to avoid being put in a swamp camp surrounded by alligators. Even US citizens have been racially profiled and arrested by ICE BECAUSE of the right’s rhetoric. Like how the Supreme Court just said it’s okay to start racial profiling.
