CBD oil hasn’t been shown to have any kind of efficacy. It’s not a wonder drug, it’s hippy pseudoscience. Yet I took it for several years. It helped me with both sleep issues and anxiety. /u/Both_Koala352 whenever you want to take advice from someone on Reddit ask them how they know what they know and what were the results when they followed their own advice. Redditors love to authoritatively shoot their mouths off about things they do not know and have not experienced, especially if they can get an ego boost by pretending to be on the side of SCIENCE!

CBD oil can make you sleepy. Experiment with dosages before the exam, not the evening or the day exam. Start off small, you can always take more later. The only thing that will undo “too much” is time. Get the CBD oil in capsules, smallest dosage you can find. That way you know how much you are getting and you can experiment by incrementally building up to a dosage where you feel relaxed, but not sleepy.
