In my area people complain about the smell being thick in some local parks and people (teenagers) lighting up inside the commuter trains. There certainly needs to be cultural adjustments like people stopping being ashamed, but also more consideration for other people.

I think its important to acknowledge these things. I’ve had a few coworkers, much younger than I am buy houses. I’ve never been interested in buying a house, but I had the thought “How can they do that?”. One got help from a wealthy father. Another got the cash from her father dying and leaving his money to her. So I agree, for people like me who wonder “WTF?” in those situations it is good to know how they pulled it off. It is probably also good to be out in the open about it so we as a society knows what it takes to have things like a house at a certain age. What I wonder about is how many really young YouTube VJs in spectacular homes, sometimes with showy vehicles. Renting? Gifts from wealthy parents? Ive never felt negatively perceived because of it. That you are aware of. I think as the country degrades with American Hitler’s administration opportunities are going to get even more scarce. It would not be a bad idea to hide your advantages and wealth. Resentment for the haves will likely become a bigger thing.
