I know of sun butter because a nutritionist had me stay away from peanuts for a while. All I ever knew growing up was peanut butter. I learned of other nut butters as they came out, but I was always shocked with how expensive they were. A coworker of mine with a severe peanut allergy taught me about sun butter. I like you that you also substituted oat milk for coconut milk. I’m okay with coconut milk, but taste-wise I would rather have something else. I also don’t want all of the fat and calories. If I make it I might try substituting in soy milk.

My neighborhood does not have that many native plant gardens for lawns, but the few that are there are fantastic. The flowers are beautiful. The owners even put in little placards telling you about the plants. Native plants save loads of water too.

“Food Coma” means you put too much food and food that breaks down too quickly into your system at one time. Your body reacts by freaking out and then dumping a crap ton of insulin to get the glucose out of your blood. The lower blood sugars lead to a “food coma”
