That shit takes a really long time to return to the Earth and its a pain in the ass to dig up a second time. First time wasnt a cakewalk, either, I guess. Anyway Nobody is forcing you to recycle anything. You can just not. The numbers bear out that if we all stopped it wouldnt really matter. (In terms of keeping previously used & recycled plastics in circulation) I wont comment on the other potential environmental effects of landfilling everything.
