Thats weird because I recall seeing a lot of right wingers calling Biden and Harris fascists. Theres also a lot of anti-maga republicans that consider the maga movement fascistic, who are obviously not leftists. However, I also think using his OBVIOUS shitpost scrawlings on the bullets to try to make serious arguments about taking them at face value, is in itself clownish behavior. I think the only thing we havent covered in there is speech made as part of their official duties. And yes, if a service member were to say, attend a government press conference, in uniform, and say on television The way Charlie Kirk leaned left on the gun issue after being shot really surprised me!, that wouldnt be protected. Look, I have no issue with the idea that he could be left wing. Even now, knowing what we know, I admit that despite it being unlikely, its still possible. But there are logical reasons why Im more confident that hes not a leftist. Not every murder is committed by someone who has opposite political views from the victim, obviously. Theres a reason why MAGA went much quieter today compared to yesterday. Yesterday they were crying, screaming, calling for civil war and begging Trump for the green light to do what needs to be done about the left. If they really felt the facts of this case vindicated their belief that the killer was in fact a leftist, theyd be doing the same today, probably to an even more severe degree. But deep down they know the same reality that I know; this guy likely isnt a soy boy liberal. Hes likely, at best, an unaffiliated disassociated 4chan incel, or hes part of the groyper or anti-maga Republican infighting.
