lol as if we can trust the American electorate to do anything sensible or responsible at this point. Trump crashed the economy in his first term and literally unnecessarily killed hundreds of thousands of Americans through excess deaths and that wasnt enough. Tried a violent coup and that wasnt enough. Got convicted for felony crimes and that wasnt enough. Sexually assaulted a woman and that wasnt enough. This wont matter either, at least not for long.

People need to understand that Trump does not care. At all. Any previous indication that he cared was pretending for votes. But heres the thing; he doesnt need votes anymore, not even from his base. This is either his final term, or more likely, hes got plans to keep himself president indefinitely that dont require votes, but no matter what hes not counting on needing voters support anymore. And he doesnt surround himself with anything but sycophants – no restraints. He has full reign to explore and execute his narcissistic impulses as he wishes without a care in the world. He can burn down the vast majority of the countries retirements before hes financially impacted in any meaningful way.

My guess is they somehow evolved to survive longer. Im betting its some kind of hibernation trick; if theres no living humans around they go dormant for a long period of time and wake up once disturbed by human activity. This isone of the many atrocious problems witheverything (sigh). Companies literally dont know how to plan their business right now because they dont know what the fuck the tariffs will be tomorrow. Or the next day. Or next week. Or next month. So they cant even try to get ahead of anything, or make adjustments, calculate price increases, or modify supply chains because king dumbass keeps retaliating, or hinting at deals, etc leading to more confusion and more uncertainty. This whole thing is breathtakingly stupid, costly, and is going to ensure very difficult times for everyone who is not a millionaire or more for the next several whatever, years? Decades? Who the fuck knows.
