Trump doesnt care about what costs poor people have to deal with. This is a man who in his late age believes that you need ID to buy groceries. He is the epitome of the its one banana Michael, what could it cost, $10? Meme. Completely out of touch, and has lived a wealthy privileged life since he was born. He shits in gold toilets. Anywaysall that matters is he will be in control and making all the big boy decisions, and his base of loyal followers will believe and spread anything he says so he doesnt have to worry about blow back. I mean hes a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist who managed to get re-elected and even win the popular vote. Hes not going to care about skyrocketing costs of things. Nor will nearly enough of the American people either.

Not one catchy song. Not one. A villain that you never actually meet or get introduced to at any point during the main runtime. Its hard to state how disappointing this movie is, being a sequel to one of the best Disney films imo. The only positive thing I can say is that they kind of went hard on some of the creature designs. Like maybe a little too creepy for a kids movie. Not that they capitalize on that in any meaningful way.

Its hard to fathom that much money. The best way Ive seen it worded is the difference between a million dollars and a billion dollarsis about a billion dollars. Now think about how far removed from just a million dollars the average person is, and how many billions someone like Elon Musk has. Im not against people being rich. But money is a finite resource; theres only so much of it at any one time and we just see wealth disparity increase year after year and now we see people like Elon who have accumulated so much wealth he can simply buy his politicians, elections, social media spaces, etc. anything he doesnt like he can go ahead and control, if he wants to. And no matter how many billions he spends or loses, his day-to-day life will never change in any meaningful way whatsoever. If he lost your life-time earnings in a single day he probably wouldnt even know it, and would make it all back in literally about 10 minutes passing.

The sad thing is that he literally could do this. Like its obviously not something that seems likely, but as the worlds richest man he has the means to conceivably do it. I dont know when people are going to wake up to the obscene amount of money and power certain singular individuals wield and why thats bad and should be prevented, but I hope its soon. Billionaires should not exist.
