No, its real in the sense it was a picture posted by the White House, but not a real magazine cover. Even Time magazine isnt that..whatever that would be.

He got all this from the government. These are hard numbers based on data the government has. Just because they havent released the report yet doesnt mean the numbers arent legit.

Did you read the article? This was on a MASSIVE scale. Yes, many sat out but had they counted every vote Harris wouldve won with 286 electoral votes. Votes were literally trashed for no legitimate reason.
