Crimes deserve to be punished. Thats doubly true for criminals Trump and Musk. In the meantime, well just have to settle for Musk self-destructing his brands and giving us a masterclass of the consequences CEO bad behavior can have on their companies.

Yeah sure, but also this is why its important that the CEO of a company conducts themselves in a professional and sane fashion as a representative of that company, and why they have a responsibility, not just to their shareholders but to their mother fucking customers not to be a giant, fascist, Nazi, shithead douchebag. Theres a lot of shitty people in the world and only a fucking moron makes their company and customers the targets of such people.

They are brainwashed, pure and simple. Years, decades of being exposed to constant right-wing propaganda like Fox News has rewired their brains and now their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs all start at a politically motivated foundation. Facts dont matter, evidence doesnt matter, and definitely principles dont matter. Only what the party and Trump tells them matters.

My take is that one half of the country is literally brainwashed and engaged in cult like worship of the man. The other half feels absolutely defeated because this man has managed to escape consequences for over a decade. Even being charged with felonies, tried, and CONVICTED resulted in zero consequences. So we are faced the several hard truths; institutions are powerless against him, and half the country adores him and would die for him. That leaves us pretty confused on what, if anything at all, could possibly be done? Hes a criminal fraudster who wrecked the economy and costed hundreds of thousands of American lives his first term, and then attempted a violent coup. He was rewarded by getting re-elected. Theres nothing congress can or will do, nothing the courts will do. Its a pretty fucked situation.
