Absolutely correct. At my old place (non-Amazon warehouse) i was super chummy w maintenance, security, and IT. Anything I needed to make my day smoother, baby, i got it.

The trick here is to have customers the server knows (like regulars or planted customer friends) write negative reviews with the managers names attached.

Have people send in shitty reviewsof managerial staff. I observed a manager doing X (something shitty), so i asked our wonderful server what that managers name was. Very unprofessional.
