Mine doesnt cycle Federal 147gr either. Speer LawMan 147gr is my preferred.

Both prior and after. In my limited experience with PCCs its common for some ammo to not cycle absolutely everything. Same with my R92, it only like some brands .357 whereas my X357 has cycles everything. Learn what ammo works best for the firearm.

Try a different brand. I have a Macon modified barrel and even prior to them doing the mod my FM9 doesnt run ALL hollow points, it runs quite a few though.

I’ve got Gibbz upper on my FM9 and it’s been flawless since 2020, well over 5k rounds through it, the bolt is likely not the problem.
