Speed up a tad OP. Driving 25 mph is annoying af, especially crossing through town. Being stuck behind someone going exactly 25 would be annoying to me. Go 30 and people will like you more. 5 mph over limit is safe and courteous if others around are as well.

Shoot me a pm, I have a lot of mullein growing on my property. Come pick some. I’m a bit north of CP though. Mullein grows wildly and abundantly, go find a field with wildflowers and likely it’s growing there.

Welcome to the area op. Yes the summers can be brutal especially the last 7 years or so. I totally understand your dilemma and would encourage sorting out that AC situation for your condo asap, we’re generally in the 90-100 range July & August, the smoke and wildfires are awful and for many of us traumatizing too. I’ve been waking up around 5am since the weather spiked and walk my dog, water the gardens and do most of my outdoor activity before 9am. Having a camper van is a great asset and I’d suggest finding some spots on the river or by a lake and a friend with a/c you can spend some days with. Best of luck to you.

Hey OP I have a portable swamp cooler that I used when I lived in an attic bedroom in Ashland. It works okay, really well if you use ice packs or iced water. If you want it shoot me a dm and you can borrow or keep it.
