Yup. Cattle showers, gym teacher posted up nearby, not showering was detention. Cattle showers in my college dorms, too. (91-95)

I’ve always thought of that as more of a Gen X trait. But, no, they aren’t your friends. They’re your professional colleagues. Be polite. Be friendly. Don’t mistake them as friends.

I’ve owned 3 different ones that I had to do that with while I tried to get the money to fix them. I would try to park on inclines so I could let it coast and pop the clutch.

The trick with the wall phone was to have a very long cord that would stretch to the opposite end of the house.
