Yes, of course I want to see the hostages freed. And yes of course Hamas is bad. Its why Netanyahu has propped them up for ages now. All he has to do is point to Hamas as a reason why a two state solution is not possible. Hes said it himself. Now can you acknowledge that the release of the hostages is not the priority of Israels government but rather they want permanent occupation of Gaza and the West Bank and as a result ethnically cleanse the Palestinians?

Yes which is why the Israeli people are protesting their government. Im not saying that the people agree with their leaders comments. But for the Israeli governmentleveling Gaza and occupation is the goal. They dropped more bombs in an area the size of Las Vegas in a month and a half than we in the US dropped in Afghanistan during the entirety of the war. The safety and release of the hostages were never Netanyahus priority

And the West Bank.? And maybe Netanyahu shouldnt have propped up Hamas all those years. He specifically said by doing that there would be no chance at a two state solution. Its laughable that you think Gaza was in any way an independent country.
