Nope. Its really simple. A dictator named Putin is obsessed with his countrys glory days (that never really existed) and wants to conquer and control his neighbor because he believes he is entitled to it. He has committed atrocities against the Ukraine people for years now with very little success.

Nevertheless, there remained one open question between Germany and Poland, which sooner or later quite naturally had to be solved-the question of the German city of Danzig. Danzig is a German city and wishes to belong to Germany. On the other hand, this city has contracts with Poland, which were admittedly forced upon it by the dictators of the Peace of Versailles. Replace that with Putin whining about NATO and Poland for Ukraine and its the same playbook. (Along with the CIA oh my!!)

Do you concede that most of the minerals available in Ukraine are in areas illegally occupied by Russia (hence why hes so interested in those areas)? Why isnt Trump making the demand to Putin as a concession? Why does Trump treat him with such deference? There are many, many reasons for Europe to want a democratic Ukraine than an emboldened Putin who will not just be satisfied with stopping at Ukraine if allowed.

Seems to me Trump is shaking down Ukraine to make all the concessions and Putin should get everything he wants (for the moment until he inevitably wants to steal more Ukrainian territory). If thats the current situation why should Putin make concessions?
