Me too man. Low six figures is not a lot of money in 2024, especially if you have a family, live in a nice place, and own a home.

Man, you are good as far as being behind. But I feel ya on the salary and position. Im adjacent to this field. You are prob 2 years away from being able to up your salary significantly – $160-$190k – mid to mid/high cost of living. Just keep going and get a SR Project Manager role it sounds like you are super close

The move is to pay yourself a car payment for 3-4 years, then buy the new car cash.
