Honestly that immersion blender is the solution IMO. The VCM is for when you scale up if thats the direction youre going. Youre talking a $700 investment compared to $20k for the VCM.

I was selling at 4 farmers and about 30 grocery stores throughout the state. Processing about 400-500 quarts a week. About 3000-4000 units per week

Robot-Coupe VCM

True story Sarge. I had a hummus business for many years and went through two Waring immersion blenders until I got my Robot-Coupe, that ran the same from day one to six years later when I upgraded to a full size 40 quart standing vertical mixer. I sold the biz and I imagine the RC immersion blender is still the back up system of production. After 3 or 4 years I had to replace a few internals to keep it running maximum power but it was easy to keep tuned up and in great shape.

Robot-Coupe is the ONLY true BIFL immersion blender, Waring’s are second to this. Anything other than Robot Coupe is consumer based, RC is commercial grade and outlast all your lives.

Probably would have worked. I just looked it up and the ones I had were 1 HP, not 1.5 my Warings

This is a weekly post, so fucking sick of it. Elec-fucking-tronics are not BIFL no matter what the fuck brand. Why the fuck anyone would want a toothbrush that lasts a lifetime is just inconceivable, yet every goddamn week it’s asked here. Ahem, I use sonicare.
