I’ve tried Spenco and Superfeet and a few other brands. Orthotics are the only way to go, all other insoles are comparatively trash. I still have the last pair of Superfeet that I bought, they’re in my steel toe boots I only use when chopping wood. If I had to spend any real time walking in them I’d use proper orthos. Superfeert are incredibly inferior and they’re disposable. Grow up kids, invest in your feet, posture and knees. You only live once.

Get real orthotics for true BIFL Go see a foot doctor. To add, orthotics are truly a game changer and vastly superior to insoles. Night and day, like comparing a plastic disposable butter knife to a Shun Chef knife. I’ve had 3 pair that I rotate and have been using over 10 years, they’ve been re-conditioned once the material wears down. They’re not disposable, they’re proper medical grade custom made for your life span.
