I agree. The law says what this cop did is illegal. The law says why this cop is advocating for is illegal. He should resign form his position and the DA should look into filing charges and putting his criminal ass in prison.

I would suggest you look into what the courts call the “Graham Factor”. It is the actual case law that governs police use of force. And yes, it is illegal for cops to even hit, let alone put in a hospital, someone who only spits on them.

Maybe look up the court doctrine know as the “Graham Factor”. It will explain how what that sheriff threatened was illegal police brutality. While you’re at it, you may want to also look up “Deprivation of rights under color of law”. Also see “prior restraint”. These are ALL serious laws that pig violated with his little tyrannical speech. God you people just love when the government treads on you. Fucking Bootlickers. Edit: Ice is snatching US citizens. How would stand your ground hold for illegal detentions, that was where your logic comes in. You may say they don’t need a warrant (they do. It’s in the constitution.) to arrest undocumented people, but what about citizens? They have no authority to detain citizens extra judicialy.
