A PA county reported that their machines were taking in/scanning mail-in ballots, but WASNT adding the votes to the totals. It was a vendor issue and the state was working on ithavent heard anything since! What vendor? How many other states USE this vendor? Who OWNS this vendor? Dunno ‍️
